We're delighted to announce that RPCS3 now has a total of ZERO games in the Nothing status!

According to their Tweet, they will now begin working on clearing those last six titles out of the loading category. This means that about 5% stop at the main menu, and only six remain in the loading category. Of the 3233 games in their compatibility list, about 63% of them are playable to completion on RPCS3, and about 30% are playable in some form. On their website, the RPCS3 team breaks down game compatibility into five categories: playable, meaning the game can be played with reasonable performance to completion in-game, meaning it is playable to a point, but cannot be completed intro, meaning it will load an image but won't get to gameplay loadable, meaning it will only display a black screen and a framerate counter and nothing, meaning it won't initialize at all, and possibly crash the emulator.

While, of course, this does not mean that all PS3 games are playable, it is still significant progress, especially given how notoriously difficult the PS3 is to emulate. W 0:10:10.The PlayStation 3 emulator RPCS3 hit a new milestone today as the team announced that all known games released on the PS3 will now boot.Image just don't move but can hear some game sounds.

When I set the "Disable On-Disk Shader Cache" to true, while the gpu is set to "Prefer Maximum Performance",the shaders are created almost instantly and it just works better. You just wait for ages the shaders to be compiled while starting the game and then still notest some stuttering. I have the same gpu(gtx1060)but i7-6700HQ for a cpuĪnd yes,I play full screen only and randomly exit=>enter it to check somethingĪnd btw just as extra info,I don't know if this is expected behaviour but I see almost no gain from using the shaders cache while using ASMJIT.Īlso I don't know if this is related but I am not using the latest gpu drivers(399.01) I am also using the 60fps patch on Persona 5 I have notest this from a very long time.rpcs3 don't work very well if the performance mode is not set to "Prefer Maximum Performance",it just randomly slows down and then speeds up or freeze for a second when you go from less performance requirement place to higher Vulkan,59.54 fps limit,16:9 Aspect,16X AF,Resolution Scaling at 100%.įrom Additional Setttings only VSYNC and Streatch are enabledįrom my nVidia control panel, vsync is set to force on and the performance mode is set to "Prefer Maximum Performance" LLVM,ASMJIT(SPU LLVM gives me less speed on this game and it just works worse than ASMJIT) I am already 37 hours into Persona 5(6 June)and the game is working fine,no crashes\freezes at allĪlso I am playing it right now for the last 3 hours and still nothings wrong.Ġ.0.5-7499(I started the game while using 7490 for few days)
